Gaza: One Year Later
A fundraiser for the children of Gaza, via KinderUSA, featuring a talk by Rania Masri, Middle Eastern dinner, oud music, and an art auction.
One year after the Israeli war on Gaza, where are we now? What has happened in Gaza since? What has happened throughout Palestine? And how can we, as individuals and as a movement committed to justice, organize and respond? Dr. Rania Masri, Associate Director of the Asfari Institute for Civil Society and Citizenship at the American University of Beirut, will address these questions and more. Dr. Masri was one of the speakers at the Texas Stands with Gaza rally last year: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4H5PFGr03Q
If you cannot attend and would like to make a donation, please select the "No ticket; Just donation" option, and we will send you a Gaza information packet, along with your tax-deductible receipt. (Ticket sales are not tax-deductible).
